What ingredients does Floof & Sol formulate without?
We believe in the power of natural ingredients and gentle formulas, so our products will always be formulated without sulfates, parabens, phthalates, silicones, drying alcohols, PEGs, phenoxyethanol, petrolatum/mineral oils, artificial dyes, synthetic fragrances, and
formaldehyde-releasers.
Where are your products made?
Our hair products are proudly made in the USA.
Are your products only for curly hair?
Our products work well on all hair types: wavy, straight, coily, and curly hair! When formulating, we made sure to keep in mind that
children’s hair tends to be finer and more delicate, so our products are made to be lightweight and sheer.
What is the best age to start using Floof & Sol?
It is generally recommended that parents start using hair styling products on toddlers ages 1 and up. At this stage, children’s hair has typically grown and requires some gentle styling. Younger infant babies tend to have sparse hair requiring minimal to no intervention. You can always consult with your pediatric healthcare physician to get guidance for your individual child.
What is a natural fragrance?
Natural fragrance means sourced from nature! We use fragrance derived from non-GMO botanical sources, such as isolates from essential oils, extracts, or other plant-based materials. Natural fragrances have the capability to have rich and bright aromatic notes without the need for synthetic additives.
Do you test on animals?
We are animal lovers. We do not test on animals during any part of the formulation process. We only test on ourselves!
Are your products hypoallergenic?
The term “hypoallergenic” is not an industry-regulated term, so we stay away from using gimmicky phrases. Our products are safe and very gentle on hair. As a mom, I’ll always recommend a Patch Test for sensitivities prior to using any personal care products.
Choose a small, clean, discreet area like an ankle or wrist. Spread a thin layer of product. Watch for any reactions within 24-48 hours. If you or your child have a history of allergies or sensitivities, consult with a dermatologist or your primary doctor for guidance.
What is the expiration on your products?
The shelf life of our products is 12 months, and for best results, we prefer to use them within 6 months of opening to keep the freshness of the natural ingredients.

How do I check to see if my order is confirmed?
You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as you finish checkout. The
email will contain your order number and product information.
How do I track my package?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive another email letting you
know your package is on the way with a tracking number. You’ll be able to follow your goodies as they make their way to you!
I forgot to add something to my order. Help!
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us as
soon as possible at info@floofandsol.com. Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll have to place a separate order for additional items.

How do I make a return?
Due to the nature of our products and the kids we serve, for safety
reasons, we do not offer returns on our products at this time.
Who can I talk to about a replacement item?
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate the resolution
process, please email your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product to info@floofandsol.com.
